Delivery in Lithuania

We deliver goods only within the Republic of Lithuania. The available delivery methods and the final delivery price are shown at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders are normally delivered within 1–4 business days after the order is confirmed. This period includes order preparation, handover to the carrier and the carrier’s delivery time.

If a different delivery time applies to a particular product or order, it will be shown on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation. Delivery may take longer because of circumstances beyond our control, such as exceptionally high courier workloads or restrictions imposed by public authorities.

Delivery methods and prices

• Courier delivery throughout Lithuania – €4.84.
• Delivery to an LP EXPRESS parcel locker – €4.50, when this method is available for the parcel’s dimensions and weight.

An additional charge may apply to delivery to the Curonian Spit. The exact delivery price for each order is always shown before payment.

Free delivery

Orders with a goods value of €70 or more qualify for free standard delivery in Lithuania, except to the Curonian Spit.

Returns and refunds

14-day right of withdrawal

A consumer who buys online may withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, except where an exemption provided by law applies.

To exercise this right, send an unambiguous notice before the deadline to info@capsule.lt. Please include the order number, the goods being returned and your contact details.

How to return goods

Send the goods no later than 14 calendar days after giving notice of withdrawal to: UAB “Dzūkų žinios”, Seinų g. 12, LT-67114 Lazdijai, Lithuania.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning conforming goods. If the goods are defective or the wrong goods were delivered, the Seller covers reasonable return costs.

You may handle the goods only as far as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose. Where reasonably possible, return the goods with their original packaging, labels, instructions and accessories. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds

We refund payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back. The refund is made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Return exemptions

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases listed in Article 6.228¹⁰(2) of the Lithuanian Civil Code, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
